Being a University that operates a residential policy, all admitted students are provided accommodation. It was a difficult task initially as all the students were accommodated in a residential building rented by the University located outside the campus, along Osogbo-Ikirun Road, opposite Biket Hospital, junction. The building has two blocks from which 288 bedspaces are provided.
On the campus, there are two (2) fully completed blocks for the males and three (3) for females. In the case of the blocks for the males, each has thirteen (13) rooms to provide a total number of 208 bedspaces (with 8 in a room). For the females, blocks A, B and C provide 104, 112 and 160 bedspaces respectively giving a total bedspaces of 376. Therefore on campus presently we have a total of 584 bed spaces for the students. There is however an on-going Male Hostel which on completion will provide 160 bed spaces.
Taking due cognizance of the available bedspaces on campus and that of off-campus, we have 352 and 520 bed spaces for the males and females respectively. The 872 bed spaces have never been exhausted since inception.
