The Vice Chancellor, Fountain University has charged all Education Secretaries of Nasrullahi-Fathi Socitey of Nigeria (NASFAT) to reposition schools in the society’s branches in order to rank among the best private schools in Nigeria.
Prof. Sanni made the call recently at the Maiden Meeting of NASFAT Education Secretaries at the Lagos State Secretariat Mosque Extension, Alausa Ikeja.
He said commitment and dedication to duty is the only tool that can ease the arduous task of repositioning NASFAT schools, adding that no amount of money without strategic thinking and visibility will achieve the desired result.
The Vice Chancellor, who appealed to the Education Secretaries to create Liaison offices for Fountain University in their respective schools, also emphasized the need for students to make the university their first choice of institution.
Speaking on the theme ‘NASFAT Education Work Plan’ the National Educational Secretary, Dr. Rahmat Adisa stressed that the need to support the National Executive Council (NEC) vision to reform and unify the education system of NASFAT through teamwork cannot be underestimated.
Dr. Rahmat said quality must be assured not only in the teaching curriculum but in the learning environment, adding that all hands must be on deck to make the schools a force to reckon with in the society
