Lawal Mohammed

Lawal Mohammed, a Lecturer I in fountain university Osogbo hailed from Ibadan North/West Local Government of Oyo State. He had his Professional Diploma in Statistics (PDS) from the University of Ibadan in 2001; he proceeded to University of Ilorin for a B Sc. Degree in Statistics, where he graduated with second class upper division in 2006. Also in 2010, he bagged his M.Sc degree in Statistics from the University of Ibadan. Lawal Mohammed is currently at the final stage of his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Programme at the University of Ibadan.

He started his Academic career as a Lecturer at Umul-Qura Institute of Education Ibadan, an affiliate of Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. Also as  Academic Adviser/ Tutorial Assistant in the department of Statistics University of Ibadan, between 2010 and 2011.  He is currently a Lecturer I in the Department of Mathematical and Computer Science Fountain University Osogbo. He has participated actively in various committees in the University. He is a member of Fountain Journal of Natural and Applied Sciences and research committee. Also a one-time speaker of the College of Natural and Applied Sciences seminar series. He is happily married.
