Biography

Aremu Muideen Olawale is a dedicated educator and researcher with a passion for advancing the field of management and administration. He completed his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the Osun State University, Osogbo, where his research focused Business Policy and Strategic Management - HRM and Talent Management - Operation Management . Aremu has published several research papers in reputable journals and actively participates in academic conferences and workshops. As a lecturer at Fountain University, he is committed to inspiring and mentoring the next generation of management scientists.
