Biography

Sodiq Sunkanmi Mustapha is a Lecturer of the Department of Islamic Law, College of Law Fountain University Osogbo where he currently serves as the Coordinator of the Department. He is in the advanced stage of his PhD program in Islamic Law at the University of Ilorin, focusing on Artificial Intelligence under Islamic law. Holding an LLM in Islamic Law from the University of Ilorin. Sodiq is a Legal Practitioner, Shariah consultant, Imam, Educationist, and Dispute Resolution Specialist. His research areas include ICT, AI, Islamic Finance, Islamic Medical Law, Inheritance, Sports Law, and Comparative Law.
