Qualifications for the position of Associate Professor FUASS 6
Applicants for the position of an Associate Professor must possess a Ph.D degree in relevant discipline with at least ten (10) years post qualification experience in teaching and research in a University system. He/she must show evidence of scholarships and track record of outstanding research with at least twenty (20) publications both local and international peer reviewed publications.
Applicants must have been Senior Lecturer for a minimum of three (3) years before the date of this advertisement. He/she must be a member of the regulating professional bodies and in addition, applicants must be Computer literate and have a good understanding of Information and Communication Technology.
Qualifications for the position of Senior Lecturer. FUASS 5
Applicants for the position of a Senior must possess a Ph.D degree in relevant discipline with at least seven (7) years post qualification experience in teaching and research in a University system. He/she must show evidence of scholarships and track record of outstanding research with at least fifteen (15) publications both local and international peer reviewed publications.
Applicants must have been Lecturer I for a minimum of three (3) years before the date of this advertisement. He/she must be a member of the regulating professional bodies and in addition, applicants must be Computer literate and have a good understanding of Information and Communication Technology.
(Note: to be eligible for appointment in the Department of Accounting & Finance, candidate must be a chartered member of ICAN)
Qualifications for the position of Lecturer I. FUASS 4
Applicants for the position of a Lecturer I must possess a Ph.D degree in relevant discipline with at least five (5 )years post qualification experience in teaching and research in a University system. He/she must show evidence of scholarships and track record of outstanding research with at least five (5) publications both local and international peer reviewed publications.
Applicants must have been Lecturer II for a minimum of three (3) years before the date of this advertisement. He/she must be a member of the regulating professional bodies and in addition, applicants must be Computer literate and have a good understanding of Information and Communication Technology.

Qualifications for the position of Lecturer II. FUASS 3
Applicants for the position of a Lecturer II must possess a Ph.D degree in relevant discipline with at least three (3 )years post qualification experience in teaching and research in a University system.
He/she must show evidence of scholarships and track record of outstanding research with at least two (2) publications both local and international peer reviewed publications. He/she must be a member of the regulating professional bodies and in addition, applicants must be Computer literate and have a good understanding of Information and Communication Technology.
