"Upon the inauguration of the Interim Management Board, their first significant action was registering the Ventures under the Corporate Affairs Commission. Another notable achievement was the establishment of the Bakery, a proud accomplishment of the current Board. Initially, there was only one Mini-Mart, but under the leadership of Prof. Adekola, two additional Mini-Marts were opened at Jubrila Ayinla and F.K. Lawal hostels. The stream of profit turnover has increased significantly from previous levels, thanks to the overwhelming support from the University Management, especially the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olayinka Ramota KARIM."
