Biography

Mohammed Olalekan Moyosore is a Lecturer in the department of history and international studies at Fountain University, Oshogbo, Osun State, Nigeria. He obtained his Master’s degree in international relations from the Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in history and international studies from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. He also obtained his national diploma in public administration from Kwara State Polytechnic and specializes in the intersection of politics, history, culture, finance, management, and international relations. With a focus on international politics and global financial history, his work examines how politics and finance shape culture and society. He has presented several research papers at notable local and international conferences. He co-founded Islamic Finance Connect dedicated to the advocacy for ethical financial literacy. He is passionate about exploring how power and wealth shape identity and relations between people and nations, aiming to highlight the role of power and wealth in reshaping African and global politics. His ongoing projects delve into the historical and contemporary dynamics of power and wealth across the continent.
