Biography

Ogunajo Segun: Native of Iwo in Iwo local government council of Osun State. Married and blessed with children. Started is professional career as a staff nurse with the old Oyo state then to Osun State government after the creation of Osun state. His  service was later transferred to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital Osogbo which is presently known as Osun State Teaching Hospital Osogbo where he rose to the rank of Deputy Director of Nursing Service where he  also retired from active service with attainment of 60years of age and almost 35years of meritorious service from Osun State Government. He was a part time lecturer at Osun State University, Osogbo, visiting lecturer at Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo and he has been an examiner at both local and national NMCN qualifying examination before transitioning to academia. His presently a lecturer in Department of Nursing sciences at Fountain University, Osogbo, Nigeria. He has contributed to innovative projects in areas such as premarital genetic screening uptake and its associated factors among married staff. Ogunajo is a registered members of National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwifery UNIOSUN Teaching Osogbo, Osun State. He had published in international journal as well as presentations at conferences and seminars
