FUO Registry Honors Three Registry Staff Members

The Registrar of Fountain University, Osogbo, Mr. Adenekan Sherrif, has announced the most outstanding Registry Staff for the entire month of June.

The well-deserved accolades went to Mr. Rasheed Moronfolu, who emerged as the overall winner, Mr. Tajudeen Oyedeji, the first runner-up, and Miss Mutiyat Olawale, the second runner-up.

The monthly recognition for registry staff aims to appreciate and motivate employees who consistently perform above and beyond expectations.

According to Mr. Sherrif, the criteria for selecting the best staff member include punctuality, effectiveness at work, maintenance of good interpersonal relationships, a delectable dress sense with a corporate and professional touch, and a strong sense of ownership at work.

All three distinguished staff members demonstrated exceptional commitment to their work, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of the university’s registry department. They were instrumental in fostering productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, which has helped strengthen the institution’s position within the academic community.

This initiative by the university’s management is aimed at inspiring excellence, promoting healthy competition, and driving productivity among staff members. By acknowledging remarkable staff achievements, Fountain University hopes to continue fostering a culture of hard work, commitment, and unity, as they advance in their pursuit of academic excellence.
