Introduction
Nasrul -Lahil-L-fatih Society (NASFAT) is an Islamic organization established with the aim of promoting Islamic Education, Worship, Brotherhood and Peaceful coexistence among the Ummah worldwide. The NASFAT Health, Education, Livelihood and Da’awah initiative referred to as HELD is borne out of the desire of the society to contribute to the efforts aimed at addressing the major socio-economic challenges bedevilling the country.
It is in line with this objective, the Society has set aside funds to build a hospital and laboratory at the Fountain University, Osogbo, Osun State, Nigeria NASFAT hereby invites reputable and competent companies to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI) to participate in the upcoming projects.

Scope of Works
Lot-1: Construction of Hospital Building
The scope of work shall include the followings:
- Civil/structural work elements from substructure to completion
- Finishes in line with hospital standard requirements
- Electrical/ELV installations
- Mechanical plumbing/Air-conditioning installations
- External works; Civil/Electrical/Mechanical
- Fire Detection and Alarm System
- Testing and Commissioning
Lot-2: Construction of Laboratory Building
- The scope of work shall include the followings:

- Electrical/ELV installations
- Mechanical plumbing/Air-conditioning installations
- External works; Civil/Electrical/Mechanical

Eligibility Requirements
Interested companies that wish to participate in this project are required to submit Expression of Interest (EoI) packaged and to include the followings:
- Company legal registration with CAC
- Evidence of filing annual return with CAC
- Details of shareholders and directors as filed with the CAC
- Company Profile: Provide an overview of your company, highlighting your experience, capabilities, and relevant projects completed.
- Expertise and Experience: Demonstrate your expertise in construction of healthcare facilities and provide details of similar projects successfully delivered, including hospital and laboratory
- Team Composition: Outline your team structure, key personnel, and their qualifications and experience.
- Financial Capacity: Showcase your financial standing and ability to undertake a project of this magnitude including a reference letter from a reputable bank.
- Present valid current Tax Clearance Certificate that will expire in December 2023
- References: Provide references from at least 3 previous clients who can attest to your company’s performance and reliability.
- Sworn Affidavit that none of the directors or the companies have not been involved or convicted in any act of crime and corrupt practices
- Any other relevant documents
Submission of Expression of Interest
- Submission of the EoI shall be in sealed envelope containing both 2 sets of hardcopies and a soft copy. The envelope shall be marked with “Fountain University Hospital/Lab Project” the Lot, title and bid code of the project and the name of the company indicated on the left side of the envelope

- Submission Deadline shall be 12.00pm on Monday August 14th, 2023
- All applications received shall be opened by 12 noon on Monday August 14th, 2023 by the Tender Committee in the presence of bidders.
- Incomplete package will not be considered
- Late submission shall be rejected
- Only successful bidders will be contacted to quote for the job.
- Bidders are invited to witness the bid opening.
Interested companies are encouraged to carefully review the eligibility and submission requirements and adhere strictly with them as failure to fulfil these requirements shall lead to disqualification.
