FUO MANAGEMENT FELICITATES UAE GOVERNMENT OVER APPOINTMENT OF NEW PRESIDENT
The Vice Chancellor of Fountain University, Osogbo, Prof. Amidu Sanni on behalf of the Board of Trustees, Council, Management, Staff, and Students of the University has felicitated the Government, the royal family and the good people of United Arab Emirate (UAE) and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi following the appointment of His Majesty, Sheikh Muhammed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan as the third President of UAE and the 17th ruler of Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The Vice Chancellor’s felicitation message was conveyed in a letter addressed to the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates in Nigeria, Dr. Fahad Mohammed Obaid Al-Taffag today.
Prof. Sanni described the appointment of the new President by the Supreme Council of the Union as an indication of the commitment to purposeful leadership and continuity in the development agenda for the UAE which has made it a unique point of reference in human, infrastructural and socio-economic development over the years.
While wishing the new President a successful tenure in office, the Vice Chancellor prayed that the Almighty Allah will continue to preserve the good people and government of the UAE for greater prosperity in peace and security.
