Fountain University has achieved another landmark distinction, being ranked among Nigeria’s top universities according to the prestigious Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings for 2024.
This news, reported by the Punch Newspaper today, April 12, 2024, highlights the university’s growing reputation for academic excellence.
THE, a globally recognized ranking body, evaluated 1,904 universities across 108 countries with their ranking methodology, WUR 3.0, taking into account five key areas: teaching, research environment, research quality, industry collaboration, and international outlook.
The Vice Chancellor of Fountain University, Professor Olayinka Ramota Karim who expressed her elation at this significant achievement also congratulated the Faculty members, Students, and the entire academic community for the achievement.
“Congratulations to the FUO family. This achievement is a complete reflection of our commitment to academic excellence as well as our dedication to a well-rounded educational experience for our students and the academic community at large”, she added.
